
Brien Desilets, Managing Director
Brien Desilets is a strategic and financial advisor with more than 20 years of experience advising governments, developers and investors on infrastructure strategy, Public Private Partnerships (P3) and capital programs. His work spans transportation, energy and economic development, with a focus on structuring bankable projects and aligning public policy objectives with private investment.
Brien has advised federal agencies, state and local governments and multilateral institutions on P3 frameworks, Value for Money methodologies and project development strategies. He has led feasibility studies, designed training programs for public and private sector executives and supported the development of infrastructure investment pipelines in the United States and international markets.
Brien has extensive experience advising private sector clients on project structuring, capital strategy and stakeholder engagement across a range of infrastructure and real asset investments. He brings a unique combination of policy expertise and transaction experience, enabling him to bridge public and private sector perspectives.
Previously, Brien was an investment banker with DelMorgan & Co. and Aeon Capital, and served as Head of Infrastructure Advisory at Grant Thornton. He was also the founder of Claret Consulting, where he advised clients including the World Bank and the US Department of Transportation.
Brien has led multidisciplinary and multinational teams across the United States, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses and a Virginia real estate salesperson license, and is a member of the Cosmos Club in Washington, DC.
